The James Bibro Pavilion is located on the Jefferson Regional Medical Center campus. The following Medical Center departments are located in the building.

In addition, the James Bibro Pavilion houses a conference center and a complete meeting and banquet facility. The Pavilion's small conference rooms are ideal for workshops and educational presentations.

The conference center use is limited to the following purposes.

• Nonprofit community group meetings
• Medical Center-related groups and events
• Educational presentations
