Carpal Tunnel Syndrome



Carpal tunnel syndrome is a painful disorder of the wrist and hand that occurs when swollen ligaments and tendons press upon the nerve that gives you feeling in your thumb, index, middle, and ring fingers. The pressure upon the nerve can make part of your hand hurt or feel numb.
