Premium hourly pay increases with frequency and acuity.
The outstanding pay rates provided by CareWorks increase with the level of hours worked, as well as the degree of patient acuity. At Jefferson Regional Medical Center, our premium rates reflect how much we value your knowledge, skills and flexibility.
Clinical Level Requirements:

Medical/Surgical - 1 year of current RN medical/surgical experience is required. 2+ years medical/surgical experience are preferred.

Telemetry - 1 year of current RN TM experience and successful completion of JRMC Telemetry Critical Care Class or 85% or above on TM BKAT is required. 2+ years of telemetry experience and ACLS are preferred.

Critical Care - 1 year of current critical care experience (ED, PACU, ICU, and/or CVU), 85% or above on BKAT, and ACLS are required. CCRN or CEN certification, 2+ years of critical care experience (ED, PACU, ICU, and/or CVU), and formal critical care class completion are preferred.
Scheduling Level requirements:

Level I: 16 hours/2 consecutive pay periods. Requires a minimum of 4 weekend shifts and 1 major holiday within a six-month period.

Level II: 32 hours/2 consecutive pay periods. 100% weekend*, 100% off-shift*, or a combination of weekends and off-shift weekdays. Requires a minimum of 6 weekend shifts and 1 major holiday within a six-month period.

Level III: 64 hours/2 consecutive pay periods. 100% weekend*, 100% off-shift*, or a combination of weekends and off-shift weekdays. Requires a minimum of 6 weekend shifts and 1 major holiday within a six-month period.
